ADA Complementary Paratransit Service Coming Soon
The open houses are on Wednesday, May 20, from 10 AM to Noon at the Stock Island facility, 5701 College Road, and from 6-8 PM at the Douglass Gym, 111 Olivia Street.

• Get one-on-one help with ADA paratransit eligibility applications.
• Share your feedback to be included in the official 30-day ADA public comment record.
Everyone is welcome, especially riders with disabilities, caregivers, advocates, and local service providers.
The City of Key West and Key West Transit are committed to expanding accessible transportation options for our community. As part of this commitment, the City is preparing to implement ADA-compliant paratransit service in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This service will provide eligible individuals with disabilities a safe, reliable transportation option when they are unable to use the fixed-route bus system. The program will operate within three-quarters of a mile of existing bus routes, mirror fixed-route service hours, and provide curb-to-curb transportation by reservation.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Sunday 6:45 AM - 6:50 PM
Trip scheduling:
You may schedule a trip up to the day before your ride, during regular business hours. A full 24-hour advance notice is not required. Reservations may be made in person, via email, or by phone

$4.00 per trip
