The City of Key West and Key West Transit are committed to expanding accessible transportation options for our community. As part of this commitment, the City is preparing to implement ADA-compliant paratransit service in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This service will provide eligible individuals with disabilities a safe, reliable transportation option when they are unable to use the fixed-route bus system. The program will operate within three-quarters of a mile of existing bus routes, mirror fixed-route service hours, and provide curb-to-curb transportation by reservation.
Monday - Sunday 6:45 AM - 6:50 PM
You may schedule a trip up to the day before your ride, during regular business hours. A full 24-hour advance notice is not required. Reservations may be made in person, via email, or by phone
