The Purchasing Division oversees the acquisition of goods, services, and contractual agreements for the City. The Division ensures that all purchasing activities are conducted fairly and competitively, in compliance with City policies, and in a manner that achieves the best value for public funds. The Purchasing Division also manages the sale and disposal of surplus City property.
