Historic Verification Letters

Historic Verification Letters are letters that are required to confirm historic and/or contributing status for resources in Key West for any purposes.

Expect to receive the letter within two weeks of submitting an application. Use the general application for this request. Make sure to list all the buildings on the property in the description and a current survey of the property. A $400 fee is required for Historic Verification Letters. Submissions are to be made to the Building Department.
