Update July 26, 2019: No New Flood Maps Yet

FEMA hasn't yet released any new Preliminary Flood Maps and they aren't expected until possibly November 2019.

If released then, they wouldn't become effective until about the summer of 2020.

When FEMA schedules a date for release of the Preliminary Flood Maps, there will be advance public announcements and a press release.
