The City of Key West, Florida

The Southernmost City in the Continental United States

Public Beaches

The City of Key West has many local beaches, each with their own distinctive fit and feel. The public sands along the water surrounding the 2 by 4 mile island may be modest in size, but that makes them no less popular with locals and visitors alike. The calm shallow water is perfect for most activities, be it a lazy day relaxing on the sand in the shade of a palm tree or an active afternoon on a paddle board.
