Doug Bradshaw was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has called Key West home since 2001. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Environmental Engineering.
Doug served the City of Key West for over two decades, holding various roles from 2001 to 2022. As the former Director of Engineering, he was instrumental in developing the Truman Waterfront, helping transform the area into a vibrant community space. His public service culminated in his leadership as Director of Port and Marine Services, where he played a key role in shaping the City's marine infrastructure and operational strategy.
Since 2022, Doug has brought his extensive engineering and project management expertise to the private sector as a Project Manager with Bella Construction of Key West, overseeing complex construction projects across the island.
An avid runner and endurance athlete, Doug enjoys competing in ultramarathons. He is married to Amy Bradshaw, and together they are raising their 13-year-old daughter, Emma, in the community they proudly call home.
