Joseph Serpa grew up on the water in Savannah, Georgia, where he developed a lifelong connection to the maritime environment and waterfront culture. He brings more than a decade of hospitality experience, having previously served with HTA in both Savannah and Key West. His strong customer-service background, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Key West Bight Marina team as he begins his career in the municipal marine industry.
Serpa and his wife recently welcomed a new baby, and he is excited to embark on this new chapter serving the boating community and visitors of the Historic Seaport.
