A third-generation Conch, Zach Bentley, Jr. was born and raised in Key West and has deep roots in the island community. After earning a degree in Hospitality, he returned home to build a career that reflects both his love for the water and his commitment to serving others.
Zach has been a light tackle fishing guide since 2003, earning a reputation for his deep local knowledge, professionalism, and passion for the sport. In 2005, he expanded his professional path into real estate, helping clients find their own slice of paradise in the Florida Keys.
Outside of work, Zach is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He and his wife are raising their 8-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter to embrace the same island values he grew up with. Much of his spare time is spent on the baseball field, where he enjoys coaching little league and giving back to the community that helped shape him.
