Ryan serves as the Multimodal Transportation Coordinator and ADA Coordinator for the City of Key West. A Florida native, Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and brings over 15 years of management experience to his work. He has been a passionate bicycling advocate for over a decade, encouraging friends and neighbors to embrace alternative transportation through social rides and bicycle food drives. As part of a one-car household that commutes exclusively by bicycle, Ryan leads the implementation of the City's Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan and oversees initiatives to reduce congestion and improve safety throughout the community.
