Key West Transit is preparing the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Transit Development Plan (TDP) Major Update for 2025-2034. The TDP is required by the FDOT to be updated every five years and serves as a strategic plan for Key West Transit to ensure that transit services are planned, designed, funded, and equitably distributed to all persons in the Key West service area region.
Transit is convening a public hearing on Thursday, May 23rd from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the City Manager’s Conference Room at City Hall, 1300 White St.
A series of topics will be discussed at the public meeting to solicit public input regarding Key West transit services including amenities, route schedules and planned improvements for the future
