The City Commission approved the contract for City Manager Patti McLauchlin and on Friday she announced that Todd Stoughton will serve as the Assistant City Manager. He has filled that role on an interim basis since McLauchlin moved into her new role.
Stoughton has been with the City since 2017 after retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard. He began as the Risk Manager for the City.
“Since his employment, Todd has demonstrated his commitment to the City of Key West and our community,” said McLauchlin. “His work ethic, integrity and proven track record of success working with various City departments make him the ideal fit for Assistant City Manager.”
