The City of Key West is pleased to welcome Joseph Serpa to our Port and Marine Services team.
Serpa grew up on the water in Savannah, Georgia, where he developed a lifelong connection to the maritime environment and waterfront culture. He brings more than a decade of hospitality experience, having previously served with HTA in both Savannah and Key West. His strong customer-service background, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Key West Bight Marina team as he begins his career in the municipal marine industry.
Serpa and his wife recently welcomed a new baby, and he is excited to embark on this new chapter serving the boating community and visitors of the Historic Seaport. Please join us in welcoming him to the City of Key West Bight Marina.
