On Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 9:28 AM, the City of Key West Mayor Teri Johnston signed a State of Local Emergency Declaration for Tropical Storm Ian. Today, City offices will be open on Monday, September 26, and all services, including Garbage and Recycling, will occur as expected. Monroe County has not issued any evacuation orders at this time.
