City's Flood map Appeal

The City filed its communitywide appeal with FEMA on March 19, 2021, contesting its proposed new flood maps. The appeal documents are available here in the Quick Links section.

A response from FEMA isn't expected until after its 90-day appeal has ended on June 19, 2021 and could easily take several more months for FEMA to review.

Whatever new flood maps are eventually approved, likely won't become effective prior to early 2022.
