Development Review Committee (DRC)

Overview

The Development Review Committee (DRC), established pursuant to Code of Ordinances Section 108-61, shall be composed of representatives from city departments responsible for reviewing land development proposals.

The purpose of the Development Review Committee is to facilitate and coordinate technical comments by the city staff on development applications.

Public Comments

If you would like to make a public comment about a project,  email comments to the Clerk of the Committee.. Make sure to include the property address in the subject line. To submit public comments, they must be sent one week prior to the scheduled meeting date.  Public comments can also be made in person at the meeting.
